Kundali Generation & Astrological Services

Your birth details (date, time, and place) are the core inputs for generating your Vedic birth chart (Kundali), divisional charts, Dasha periods, and Dosha analysis.

AI-Powered Interpretations

We use AI to generate personalised astrological interpretations of your Kundali. Your birth chart data is sent to the AI API to produce human-readable insights in accordance with AI API usage policies.

Astrologer Consultations

When you book a consultation, your name, contact details, and relevant astrological data are shared with the assigned astrologer to facilitate the session.

Account Management & Communication

• Creating and managing your user account
• Sending booking confirmations and appointment reminders

Service Improvement & Analytics

Aggregated and anonymised usage data helps us improve our platform, fix bugs, and develop new features. We do not use individual birth data for analytics purposes.

All your personal data, birth details, Kundali charts, and consultation records are stored securely on Supabase. Security measures include:

• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
• Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring you can only access your own data
• Regular security audits and compliance monitoring

Data Retention Policy

• Active accounts: Data is retained for as long as your account is active
• Account deletion: Personal data is deleted within 30 days upon request
• Transaction records: Retained for up to 7 years for legal compliance under Indian law
• Anonymised data: May be retained indefinitely for service improvement

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Rudra Light uses AI to generate personalised interpretations of your Vedic birth chart. Data sent to the AI API includes calculated planetary positions, Dasha periods, and Dosha analysis results.

No Human Review of Birth Data

Your raw personal birth data (name, exact birth time, birth place) is not directly transmitted to the AI. Only the computed astrological chart data is used for AI interpretation.

Automated Decision-Making

AI-generated interpretations are provided for informational purposes only. No automated decisions with legal or significant personal effects are made based solely on AI processing.

Astrologers on Our Platform

When you book a consultation, your name and relevant astrological information are shared with the assigned astrologer solely for the purpose of conducting your session.
