• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform without permission

Our Content

The Rudra Light name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and all other content are the exclusive property of Rudra Light. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

Your Content

By submitting birth data or other information to our platform, you grant Rudra Light a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that information solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

Informational Purposes Only

Vedic astrology interpretations, AI-generated insights, and astrologer consultations provided through our platform are intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. Rudra Light makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological interpretations.

Nothing on our platform constitutes professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Service Availability

Scope of Limitation

This limitation of liability applies to damages arising from:

Maximum Liability

In no event shall Rudra Light's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Rudra Light in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments, the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, and other applicable Indian legislation. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
